We take immense pride in delivering premium, hand-embroidered creations—and your satisfaction means the world to us. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or gift card, subject to the conditions below.

1. Hassle-Free Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
✅ The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
✅ A valid purchase receipt must be shared.
✅ The item must have been purchased directly from www.lucknowikarigari.com or thriugh our Whatsapp Sales Executive

🚫 Note: Exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, design/style preference, or color dislike.

2. No Refunds – Exchange or Gift Card Only

We do not offer refunds.
If an exception is made, a gift card equivalent to the order value will be issued.
In rare cases where an exchange isn’t possible, a resolution (such as a gift card) will be considered at our discretion.

3. Exchange for Damaged or Defective Products

We stand by our quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it under these conditions:

✅ The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The item fulfills our general exchange criteria (see section 1).
✅ The defect is genuine and not a result of mishandling or regular wear & tear.

4. Size Exchange Policy

We understand that choosing the right size is important. To help you select the perfect fit, we provide exact product measurements before dispatch. Your order will be shipped only after you review and confirm the measurements.

If the size doesn’t fit, don’t worry—we offer size exchanges under the following terms:

✅ The product is in its original condition and meets exchange eligibility.
📦 Exchange Shipping & Pickup Charges: For size-related exchanges, a charge of 35 AED will apply for pickup and delivery of the exchanged item.
Self-Pickup Option: As we are an online store, customers can collect their exchange item from our location near Burjuman Business Tower, Dubai only with prior information and a confirmed appointment before visiting.

5. Important Notes

Hand-Embroidery Variations – Each piece is artisan-made, so slight differences in motif or threadwork are natural and not considered defects.
Color Differences – Slight variations in color due to lighting or device screens are expected and not eligible for exchange.
Sale Items – Items purchased during sales or discounts are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders – We cannot refund or compensate for customs duties, taxes, or import fees on global shipments.

7. Shipping Charges for Exchanges

If the exchange is due to a defect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
For size issues or other valid reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping, but we’ll assist in making it as affordable as possible.
